Lifeskills Group

 12-Week Life Skills Group
Our 12-Week Life Skills Virtual Group is designed to equip participants with the practical tools, problem-solving strategies, and personal confidence needed to navigate everyday life successfully. 


Each weekly session focuses on a specific skill area, blending discussion, hands-on activities, and real-world application in a supportive group setting.


Over the course of the program, participants will learn:


  • Effective communication & relationship skills – Build healthy connections and set boundaries.
  • Emotional regulation & stress management – Develop coping strategies and resilience. 
  • Time management & organization – Stay on track with priorities and responsibilities. 
  • Financial literacy – Budget, save, and make informed money decisions. 
  • Daily living skills – Meal planning, home management, and personal care. 
  • Decision-making & problem-solving – Approach challenges with confidence.
     

What to Expect:

  • Weekly 60–90 minute sessions led by experienced facilitators.
  •  Interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises.
  •  Take-home tools and resources to practice skills between sessions.
  •  A safe, supportive environment to share experiences and learn from others.
