If you are joining a telehealth session but do not have your log in information, please click on the link here https://www.therapyportal.com/p/fortitude32909/ to be directed to the practice's patient portal.
- Once you are on the Client Portal, click on the option Telehealth.
- When telehealth becomes available, you will need to select Join Now.
- Please input your name and then select the option to join the session. Your clinician will add you to the session when they are prepared.
