Client Portal - Fortitude Wellbeing

If you are joining a telehealth session at Fortitude Wellbeing but do not have your login information, please click on the link here https://www.therapyportal.com/p/fortitude32909/ to be directed to the practice's patient portal. 

Once you are on the Client Portal, click on the option for Telehealth. When the telehealth session becomes available, you will need to select Join Now. Please input your name and then select the option to join the session. Your clinician at Fortitude Wellbeing will add you to the session when they are prepared.
